What we do not allow
We remove spam, scam links, doxxing, hate content, and low-effort rage bait. We also remove posts that try to sell miracle outcomes or push unsafe instructions as guaranteed results.
How moderation works
New content passes through automated filters, then flagged items are reviewed by moderators. Repeat offenders lose posting privileges. The goal is not maximum volume — it is a forum people can trust to stay readable and useful.
Independence and disclosure
Forum Maxxing is independent and not owned by a clinic, product brand, or supplement company. If a post includes any commercial relationship, it must be disclosed clearly under our rules.
