Forum Maxxing is an evidence-based community. These rules exist to keep it that way.
Be evidence-based — claims require mechanisms or citations. Anecdote is welcome as context, not as proof.
No blackpilling — fatalistic posts about genetics being destiny with no constructive angle will be removed. This is a progress community.
No personal attacks — critique ideas, not people. Disagreement is fine, targeted harassment is not.
No medical advice — share experiences and research, but do not tell other members to take specific medications or doses. Include disclaimers.
No URL spam or affiliate links — no promotional links in posts. Mention products by name without linking.
Verified accounts only — you must confirm your email before posting. Unverified accounts are read-only.
No before/after requests for minors — the Rate Me and Before & After boards are 18+. Do not post photos of or request ratings for anyone under 18.
Respect the moderators — moderator decisions are final in the thread. Appeal via DM, not in public threads.
Rules are enforced by human moderators assisted by automated content review. Repeat violations result in permanent bans.
