Had double jaw surgery (LeFort I + BSSO) on March 16. Added BPC-157 250mcg 2x/day subQ starting day 3 post-op.

Week 1: Still swollen. Standard for DJS.

Week 2: Surgeon noted swelling reduction "ahead of schedule." Bruising fading faster than expected.

Week 3: Follow-up β€” surgeon said bone healing on imaging looks like a 5-week patient, not 3-week. His exact words: "Whatever you're doing for recovery, keep doing it."

Can't prove BPC-157 is the sole cause but the angiogenesis mechanism makes sense for bone healing.

BPC-157 bone healing literature is one of its stronger evidence areas. Multiple rat studies show accelerated fracture healing via VEGFR2 upregulation. DJS creates four osteotomy sites that all need vascularization.

This is the kind of post that makes this forum worth reading. Actual surgical recovery data. Did you stack TB-500 with the BPC? The Wolverine combo would make sense here.

What was your bite issue pre-surgery? Considering DJS myself for open bite + recessed maxilla. The peptide recovery angle is interesting β€” never considered it.
