Body recomp changed my entire wardrobe β before/after fit pics
Lost 28 lbs on Tirzepatide over 16 weeks. Went from 198 to 170 at 5'10".
Before (198 lbs): Had to size up to hide the gut. Oversized everything. Dark colors only.
After (170 lbs): Medium fits perfectly. Slim-fit jeans look good. Lighter colors work. Rolled sleeves show forearms.
The single biggest fashion improvement wasn't a clothing purchase β it was losing the fat that prevented everything from fitting. Investing in peptides was better ROI than any wardrobe upgrade.
Same experience. At 248 I was wearing XL. At 214 I'm in L and things drape the way they're designed to. The shoulder-to-waist ratio change is the big one for men.
Should be pinned in fashion board. Step 1 of looksmaxxing your wardrobe: fix your body composition first. Everything else is optimization.
