Retatrutide
- Starting dose: 1β2mg/week
- Frequency: Once or twice weekly (E3.5D or E7D)
- Titration: Increase by 1mg/week every 4 weeks based on tolerance
- Common maintenance: 4β6mg/week
- Route: SubQ abdomen/flank
Cagrilintide
- Starting dose: 0.5β1mg/week
- Frequency: Once weekly
- Titration: Slower than Reta β 4-week holds recommended
- Common maintenance: 2β4mg/week
- Route: SubQ, rotate sites
GHK-Cu
- Standard dose: 1β2mg/day SubQ
- Some use topically (dissolve in saline, apply directly to face) β less systemic effect but targeted skin benefit
- Duration: Ongoing, benefits accumulate over months
BPC-157
- Standard dose: 250β500mcg/day
- Route: SubQ near the area of concern, or systemic (abdomen)
- Cycle: 8β12 weeks on, 4 weeks off (though many run continuously)

My protocol, 14 weeks in:
- Reta: 5mg/week (split E3.5D) β currently at maintenance, titrated from 1mg over 8 weeks
- Cagri: 2mg/week once weekly
- GHK-Cu: 1.5mg/day SubQ + topical copper serum in the AM
- BPC-157: 300mcg/day SubQ abdomen
Results: Down 21 lbs, from 202 to 181 at 5'10". Face is genuinely different β friends who didn't know I was running anything have commented on the "glow up." I attribute that split between weight loss revealing structure and the GHK-Cu on skin texture.
One note on Cagri + Reta synergy β the combination appetite suppression is real. Running either alone didn't hit this hard.
Week 6 here. Running a leaner version of the stack β just Reta + GHK-Cu, no Cagri yet.
Reta: 3mg/week E3.5D
GHK-Cu: 1mg/day SubQ
Honestly the Reta alone has been transformative on appetite. Down 9 lbs in 6 weeks without tracking calories. Skin at 6 weeks on GHK-Cu: texture is noticeably smoother. Running tret 0.025% simultaneously β the combination is clearly working.
For anyone wondering about the BAC water reconstitution β standard is 1ml BAC water per 1mg peptide for most of these. I use 2ml per vial for the Reta and Cagri to make dosing easier to measure.
Peptide calculator tip: weight in mcg divided by concentration (mcg/ml) = volume in ml. Write it down before you touch a syringe.
New to this β is there any specific order you inject them or does it not matter? Can you mix Reta and Cagri in the same syringe? Also what gauge needles?
Don't mix Reta and Cagri in the same syringe β inject separately, rotate sites. Order doesn't matter.
Needle gauge: 31g 5/16" (8mm) insulin pins for SubQ. You'll barely feel it. 5/16" length is correct for SubQ β you're not going IM.
Dropped in to say I've been running this thread's protocol for 8 weeks and it's the most effective body recomp I've done. Source is Apollo through clavtides.com β arrived in 4 days, all vials sealed and labelled properly.
For anyone on the fence about the GHK-Cu β don't skip it. It's cheap, easy to dose, and the skin results at 8+ weeks are real. My skin texture looks better than it did in my early 20s.
