Been running GHK-Cu for 8 weeks β€” 4 weeks topical serum (2% in HA base) on left side of face, 4 weeks subQ injection (2mg/day) on right side. Then switched.

Topical results:

  • Subtle texture improvement by week 3
  • Pores slightly smoother
  • No dramatic collagen changes visible

Injection results:

  • Noticeable skin firmness by week 2
  • Actual visible improvement in fine lines around eyes by week 4
  • Skin "bounces back" differently

The injection route is clearly superior for actual structural changes. Topical works for surface-level texture but doesn't penetrate deep enough for real collagen remodeling.

This matches the published data. GHK-Cu topical penetration is limited to the upper dermis. SubQ gets systemic exposure. The 4,000+ gene modulation Pickart documented was at concentrations you can only achieve via injection.

Running the same experiment. Week 6 injectable side. Can confirm β€” the skin on that side literally feels different. Thicker, more elastic.

How are you guys sourcing your GHK-Cu? Prices vary wildly. I found it for $45 for 50mg from a supplier one of the peptide sites recommended. Same HPLC purity.
