Running the full Clavicular protocol for 90 days and logging everything. Here's my setup and what's happened so far.

Background

28M. Not obese β€” started at 194 lbs / 6'1", maybe 18% BF. Lifting for 4 years. Skincare routine already solid (tret 0.05%, niacinamide, SPF). Started this stack purely for body recomp and skin quality acceleration.

The Stack

  • Retatrutide 10mg β€” 2mg/week (0.5mg E3.5D), titrating up
  • Cagrilintide 5mg β€” 1mg/week injected twice weekly
  • GHK-Cu 50mg β€” 1mg subcutaneous daily (skin + healing)
  • BPC-157 10mg β€” 250mcg daily (gut + tendon recovery)
  • BAC water for reconstitution

Source: Apollo via the clavstack affiliate link. Reconstitution was straightforward β€” standard 1–2ml BAC water per vial.

Week-by-Week

Weeks 1–2

Appetite dropped noticeably within 48 hours of the first Reta dose. Not nausea β€” just genuinely not hungry. Dropped from ~2800 cal/day to ~1800 without trying. Sleep improved on week 2, which I wasn't expecting.

Weeks 3–4

Down 6 lbs. Face looks less puffy. Jaw definition starting to emerge that I couldn't get even at lower body weights before. GHK-Cu skin effect is subtle but real β€” girlfriend noticed before I did.

Weeks 5–8

Retatrutide dose bumped to 3mg/week. Another 5 lbs dropped. Vascularity in forearms visibly improved. Recovery from training is noticeably faster β€” attributing that to BPC-157 and GHK-Cu.

Week 9–12 (current)

Down 17 lbs total. BF% estimated at 13% from calipers. Skin texture has changed significantly β€” pores tighter, tone more even. This may be the GHK-Cu, the weight loss, or both.

What I'd Change

  • Start at 1mg/week Reta and ramp slower β€” the appetite suppression hit hard early and I probably lost some muscle the first 3 weeks
  • Add Ipamorelin earlier for GH pulse support

Overall

The body recomp is real. The skin effect is real. Worth running if you're already dialed in on the basics (training, diet, skincare). This isn't a shortcut for someone who doesn't have their fundamentals sorted.

Will update at the full 90-day mark with photos in the Before/After board.

Solid log. Few questions:

  1. Are you pinning SubQ or IM for the Reta/Cagri?
  2. What sites are you rotating?
  3. Any change in fasting blood glucose? I've seen some people report mild elevations running dual GLP-1/GIP.

The jaw definition comment is interesting β€” I've seen a few guys report this and it seems tied to the buccal fat reduction that happens as you drop body fat. At 18% starting you probably had some soft tissue obscuring the structure. At 13% it'll show.

All SubQ. Rotating between abdomen and love handles. Honestly the love handle sites have started to noticeably shrink which is a good sign.

Blood glucose β€” I should be tracking this more carefully. Fasted BG was 88 at the start. Checked once at week 6, was 84. Will add a weekly check to the log.

And yeah, I think you're right on the buccal fat. The structure was always there β€” it was just hidden under the soft tissue. This is legitimately one of the most underrated aspects of the stack for looksmaxxing purposes. Weight loss + GHK-Cu collagen support + tighter skin = face just looks better.

How's the muscle retention? That's my main concern with running two GLP-1 class peptides simultaneously. Are you hitting a protein target?

Protein is 200g/day regardless of total calories β€” I force it. Muscle retention has been good. DEXA would confirm but by the mirror and strength metrics I've held most of my muscle. Deadlift is down 15 lbs but squat and bench are the same. Given a 17 lb total drop that's acceptable.

The BPC-157 probably helps with recovery and keeping training quality up. Hard to isolate variables on a stack like this.

UPDATE REQUEST: It's been 5 weeks since your last post. Where are you at? Did you post the before/after?
