M/24, 6'1", started 248 lbs, currently 214 lbs at week 12.

Protocol: Retatrutide 8mg/week (escalated from 2mg over 8 weeks), BPC-157 500mcg/day, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin pre-bed, 200g protein daily minimum, PPL 6 days/week.

Bench: 245 → 255 (+10 lbs while losing 34 lbs bodyweight). Squat: 365 → 370. Deadlift: 425 → 435. Waist: 38" → 33.5".

The appetite suppression from Retatrutide is real — I have to force myself to hit protein targets. BPC-157 completely eliminated the nausea.

Biggest surprise: my face. Jawline is actually showing through for the first time.

The strength maintenance while dropping 34 lbs is insane. That has to be the GH peptides + high protein doing the work. Most people on aggressive GLP-1 cuts lose significant strength.

Solid protocol. The Retatrutide + BPC-157 combo is becoming the standard for a reason. One thing to watch: appetite suppression can make it hard to eat enough protein. Consider liquid sources.

34 lbs in 12 weeks with strength going UP. What was the hardest week? For me on Tirzepatide the week 5-6 escalation was brutal.
